Whilst providing our services we may from time to time collect certain information about our clients and visitors to our web sites. Here is a summary of the type of information we collect and how it is used:

Information Requests/Registrations:

If you submit a request for information or submit a Registration/Order, we will store all the information you send us in a database. This information may include your name, e-mail address, postal address and other information related to your use of Enmore Services products. We use this information to build a better picture of the usefulness and target audience for our website, products and services and to plan our strategy for making future improvements. In accordance with Data Protection laws we do not offer for sale or make available to any third parties, any personal information, e.g. names and e-mail addresses.

Site Usage Tracking:

We regularly monitor visitor trends for our web sites. Through the use of the Google Analytics service we are able to view visitor activity including number of visits, pages viewed, repeat visitors and referral information. We do not, nor are we able to view the actual identity of anyone who visits our web sites. Any detailed information that we do acquire is used only to gauge the performance and usefulness of each web site and to help us plan for their future development. In order to gain an overall market understanding for our products and services we may occasionally make available generic information, such as the total number of visitors and/or page views and the overall percentage of visitors originating from different areas, to third party analysts or developers.

Surveys:

In addition to required client information, we may conduct surveys and ask users to volunteer demographic information to be used on an aggregate basis for internal market research, and joint research projects with outside companies involved in product development. We use such information to better focus our product and personalise the scope of services offered to each individual user. Such information will not be passed to third parties without your prior consent unless where required by applicable law.
