Opensource software: the use of a robust and well supported opensource software application not only reduces costs but also offers a wide range of features. These combine traditional Content Management System (CMS) capabilities with Wiki and Groupware functions, where all the capabilities are tightly integrated and can be customised to underpin support and collaboration business processes.

Managed Service Operation: all on‑going system and background site maintenance activities for the client's dedicated systems are managed on a simple annual subscription basis.
