The initial System Design is determined through an Enmore consultancy methodology that systematically examines the business processes associated with the support and collaboration regime.
A System Design is then created that maps the processes to the system and the design is documented in the Enmore Client Support system so that the details are always available and can be updated as the system evolves.
Training and usage support is a particular focus for Enmore, since our managed service proposition is all about delivery of a well supported service to all users. The embedded help pages within each system provide the start point for usage support along with standard Guides being provided that allow a self-training route for users where this is appropriate. In addition, customised face-to-face training can be offered as part of a complex deployment plus on-going usage help programmes can be devised to bolster usage confidence and expertise during the early deployment phase.
Finally since the managed service proposition means that we do not succeed unless our clients succeed, we want to help ensure that every client's system evolves and continues to solve each new support and business process issue as it arises.
